The listed price covers only the technical work expressly described in the selected service and accepted at intake. It does not include developmental editing, copyediting, proofreading, original cover or interior design, illustration, ISBN purchase, copyright registration, legal review, distributor fees, marketing, or a guarantee that a retailer will accept or sell the file.
The target begins on the next business day after verified payment, complete instructions, and usable source files are received. If the file is corrupt, incomplete, unusually complex, or requires a scope change, work pauses while the customer is contacted. One correction request is included when submitted within seven calendar days of delivery and limited to an error introduced by, or an agreed repair omitted from, our work. New creative requests or source changes require a new quote.
A customer may request cancellation through the support portal before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, completed labor is nonrefundable; if the service cannot be completed, the unperformed portion is refunded. Delivered digital work is nonrefundable except for an uncorrected failure within the accepted scope or rights that applicable law and payment-provider protections do not allow to be waived.
